-Performance Specification-

4.1 Test condition

4.1.1 Rated Charge

Unless otherwise specified, “Rated Charge” shall consist of charging at constant current of 0.5C(1500mA). The cell shall then be charged at constant voltage of 4.20V while tapering the charge current. Charging shall be terminated when the charging current has tapered to 50mA. For test purposes, charging shall be performed at 25ºC.

4.1.2 Rated Discharge

“Rated Discharge” shall consist of discharging at a constant current of 0.2C(600mA) to 1.50V. Discharging is to be performed at 25ºC unless otherwise noted (such as capacity versus temperature). Charging and discharging are to be performed at 25ºC

4.1.3 Standard Charge / Discharge condition

Cells shall be charged at constant current of 1.0C(3000mA) to 4.2V with end current of 50mA. Cells shall be discharged at constant current of 3.33C(10000mA) and 6.67C(20000mA) to 2.5V. unless otherwise noted (such as capacity versus temperature). Cells are to rest 10 minutes after charge and 45 minutes after discharge at 25ºC.

** Recovery Capacity : After storage, cells shall be discharged with standard discharge condition(4.1.2), and then cells shall be charged with standard charge condition(4.1.1), and then discharged with standard discharge condition(4.1.2). This charge / discharge cycle shall be repeated three times to measure the recovery capacity

Storage Measures For Daily Lithium Battery Users

1. For Lithium-ion batteries which need to be stored for a long time and not used, they should be kept in a state of 50%-60% charge. They should be recharged every 3 months and recharged every half a year.

2. Attention should be paid to moisture-proof and moisture-proof, to prevent squeezing, collision, etc., to avoid battery damage.

3. It is forbidden to use or place the battery at high temperatures (in hot sunlight or in very hot cars), otherwise it may cause the battery to overheat, catch fire or fail in function, and shorten its life.

4. It is forbidden to store in places with strong static electricity and strong magnetic fields, otherwise it will easily destroy the battery safety protection device and bring unsafe hidden dangers.

5. If the battery emits an odor, fever, discoloration, deformation, or any abnormality during use, storage, or charging, immediately remove the battery from the device or charger and disable it.
